It is powered by a replacement 327ci V8 paired with a four-speed manual transmission, while additional equipment includes a black convertible soft top, 15″ steel wheels, four-wheel disc brakes, concealed headlights, bucket seats upholstered in black leather, and an Autosound KRC-2007 cassette stereo.
The fiberglass body left the factory finished in Ermine White and was finished in its current silver during the aforementioned refurbishment. Features include a black convertible soft top as well as flip-up headlamps, fender vents, quad tail lamps, and chrome bumperettes. There are a number of paint chips in the finish.
Silver-finished 15” steel wheels are mounted with P205/75 BFGoodrich Silvertown Radial tires. The C2 was the first Corvette to offer fully independent suspension, with upper and lower control arms at the front and a three-link setup with a transverse leaf spring at the rear. Braking is handled by four-wheel disc brakes.
The cabin features two bucket seats upholstered in black leather as well as color-matching door panels and carpets. Amenities include a heater, an analog clock, lap belts, and an Autosound KRC-2007 cassette stereo.
The three-spoke steering wheel frames a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, and gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, amperage, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 1,700 miles, approximately 75 of which were added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 327ci V8 engine was installed some time during previous ownership and is equipped with an Edelbrock carburetor and valve covers as well as an aluminum radiator.
Power is sent to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission.
